90 years lease void in Phuket
bogdan / 0 Comments /The Court of Appeal in Phuket has voided a structure with a 90 years lease. That is not very a surprised. The Civil Code allows a 30 years lease maximum with a renewal. The structure they made had a holding company has shareholders were also leaseholders, to help to renew the lease….
